What are your Covid-19 safety protocols?

We practice social distancing while in your home and ask that you inform us of any signs of illness within your home prior to a scheduled cleaning. We are happy to reschedule to ensure all of our safety. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us here.

What will Shauna Loves Cleaning do in my home?

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

We provide all the necessary supplies to clean your home. If you have special requests, please let us know so that they can be accommodated.

If specialized products are necessary for countertops or flooring, please supply.


How do I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept cash, cheques & E-transfers. Payment is preferred on the same day as service unless otherwise negotiated. Invoices and receipts can be provided to you by email.

Do I need to do anything before a scheduled cleaning?

You do not need to do anything prior to your scheduled cleaning service. However, de-cluttering surfaces will make it easier for cleaners to quickly get the job done. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. However, please note that cleaners cannot use ladders or do exterior cleaning.
